How do I create my first trip?

Open the app, tap "Create Trip", enter your destination and dates, select your travel preferences, and let our AI generate your personalized itinerary!

Can I edit my itinerary?

Yes! You can add custom stops, remove activities, reorder your day, and adjust timings. Your route will be automatically re-optimized.

Does Roadie work offline?

Premium users can download trips for offline access. This includes maps, itineraries, and all Roadie Tips. Perfect for international travel!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel or modify your plan.

Why does Roadie need my location?

Location access enables real-time navigation, nearby place discovery, and tracking your position on the map. You can disable it in your device settings at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. You can also email privacy@roadie.app for account deletion.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption for all data. Your personal information is never sold to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
