3. User Accounts

4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Free and Premium Tiers
Roadie offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features include offline mode, trip sharing, and advanced AI recommendations.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid charges
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (trip plans, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide our services.

The App integrates with third-party services (Google Maps, AI providers, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
Important: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated itineraries
- Navigation data may not always be accurate or up-to-date
- Always verify important travel information independently
- We are not responsible for travel disruptions or changes
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roadie shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or data
- Service interruptions
- Third-party actions or content
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roadie from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
